This is our synchronous LIVE cohort that meets weekly on Fridays via Zoom from 4:00–7:30pm Eastern Time. The certification course schedule is as follows:

- April 18– Course 2: A Brief Look Throughout History
- April 25– Course 3: Systemic Oppression
- May 2– Course 4: Systemic Oppression in Healthcare
- May 9– Course 5: Sex Work, Trafficking, and Propaganda
- May 16– Course 6: Decriminalization vs. Legalization
- May 23– Course 7: Sex Shame, Addiction, and Porn
- May 30– Course 8: The Physiology of Trauma
- June 6– Course 9: Dynamics of Abuse
- June 13– Course 10: The Role of Community
- June 20– Course 11: Sex Work, Sex Positivity, and Families
- June 27– Course 12: Clinical Concerns for Working with SWers
Monthly Group Supervision will take place on the last Tuesday of the month from 6:00-7:00 pm Eastern Time. Direct Service will take place from July through September.

CERTIFIED PROVIDER PATH
Upon completion of the coursework, students will offer counseling to a SWer for 12 sessions, pro bono, and attend group supervision once a month for 3 months, and be listed in our Provider Registry page as a "Certified Provider." If you choose this path, we ask that you share your professional or personal website, or social media to verify your adherence to our etiquette and expectations policy.
ECC will refer this client through our parent organization, sex worker-led, Zepp Wellness Center. ECC will meet with each client after their care to discuss your competence in session. Once your direct service & supervision hours are complete and we’ve met with the clients, you will be added to our Provider Registry for two years.

Please Note: Our LIVE cohorts have a certification registration minimum that must be met in order for us to offer the cohort. This allows us to get paid for the labor of teaching all 12 courses and hosting 3 months of supervision.
If you register for a cohort that ends up being cancelled for lack of registrations you have a couple different options: 1) We can offer you a refund, 2) You can defer your registration to the next cohort, or 3) We give you access to the online version of the certification program for Certified Providers which goes live January 1.
This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 36 CE credits. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.
