Sexual Health Self Assessment Workshop

Sex therapy isn’t always accessible but your journey toward sexual health and pleasure doesn’t have to wait.

Join us for a collaborative, shame-free space where you’ll learn self-assessment tools, try practical interventions, and explore the wounds + wisdom you carry in your sexual self. Together, we’ll move beyond basic sex ed to help you connect with your most expressive, aligned, and pleasure-filled self.
