At TODOS Therapy, you’re not the odd one out — you’re finally with a therapist who gets it. If you’re a first- or second-gen professional juggling family expectations and a demanding career… If you’re the creative with an ADHD brain that feels too big, too loud, and always “on”… If you’re tired from code-switching all day… Or if you’re someone who knows you’re smart and capable but still feels that pull of impostor syndrome in every meeting…

You might arrive carrying a thousand tabs open in your mind — replaying conversations, wondering if you’re “too much,” or working twice as hard just to feel “enough.” Maybe you’re burned out, anxious, or quietly trying to survive in systems that weren’t built with your culture, your body, your gender, your neurodivergence, or your story in mind. Maybe money feels complicated — like a mix of shame, fear, hustle, and hope — and you’re tired of pretending it doesn’t affect you.

In our therapy session, your whole identity is not just invited — it’s protected. Your pronouns, your culture, your work, your neurodivergence, your sexuality, your boundaries, your softness — nothing gets minimized here. You don’t have to justify why family pulls you in a thousand directions, why success feels so heavy, or why burnout sneaks up even when you “have it together.”

Here, healing doesn’t look like becoming a “new” person. It looks like becoming more you — grounded, informed, self-honoring, and financially and emotionally confident. A version of you who knows that rest isn’t laziness, boundaries aren’t disrespect, and asking for help isn’t weakness. A version of you who feels seen.

Because at TODOS Therapy, I’m not just treating symptoms — I’m walking with you toward a life that feels safe, spacious, culturally held, and fully yours.

👥 Clientele: Many of the folks who work with me are Latinx, BIPOC, or third-culture individuals who don’t want to start every session by explaining what their upbringing was like, why “rest” feels selfish, or why guilt threads itself into every big decision. They want a therapist who already understands the unspoken parts — the cultural layers, the family dynamics, the pressure to succeed without making waves.

Some clients come to me with an undiagnosed ADHD or autistic neurotype, which has often been misunderstood for years. I can also conduct these assessments or help you navigate that process with another provider. The people who find me are done being told they’re “dramatic,” “too sensitive,” “disorganized,” or “not trying hard enough.” They’re ready for assessments that feel personal and collaborative, and for support that finally reflects how their brain actually works.

And many clients are deep in high-performance worlds — tech workers, grad students, artists, creatives, sex workers, strippers/dancers, adult content creators, and/or folks who want to make a difference in the world. On the outside, they’re impressive and fight for everyone else. Inside, they’re exhausted and quiet about their own needs. Perfectionism keeps them up at night. Burnout follows them like a shadow. And slowing down feels impossible when everyone is expecting more.

At TODOS Therapy, you don’t have to grip so tightly.

  • You can exhale.
  • You can be peaceful.
  • And for the first time in a long time, you feel the space to be a whole human — not just the roles you’ve been performing.

Finances

Insurance: At this time, I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider for out-of-network services.

Private Pay:

My fee is $200 per 50-minute session. I currently accept private pay and HSA/FSA cards. At TODOS Therapy, I believe that mental health care should be accessible, transparent, and aligned with anti-oppressive values. This is why I provide an anti-oppressive fee structure that addresses and tries to rectify systemic inequities in our society, including race, gender, class, and disability, that impact access to care.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients with financial need, prioritizing those from marginalized or underrepresented communities. This approach ensures that therapy remains both sustainable for my practice and accessible to those who have historically been excluded from quality mental health services.

If you’d like to inquire about a sliding-scale rate or discuss payment options, I invite you to reach out for a consultation to see what feels both fair and manageable for your situation.
