Hello there! I'm Crystal Sunshine, (better known as Sunni), a non-traditional Clinical Social Worker, Coach and Therapist. Let me guess... You feel like you don't have a voice and NO ONE is listening. Has dealing with your family and friends' problems become a burden? Is your mind constantly racing? Have you been deemed the strong person in your family or friend circle? Are you overwhelmed (STRESSED OUT) with everyday life? Are you sick and tired of being judged for decisions and choices that you make? If any of these describe you, I'm so glad you found me and I'm here to provide no judgement, safe space for you!!

I specialize in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma and substance abuse on a regular basis. However, I do understand that not everyone needs a therapist or has a diagnosis and sometimes you just need to vent, have a listening ear or assistance with sorting things out. Also, I work very closely with Alternative Lifestyle, LGBTQIA+, Sex Work, Veteran, Kink, Open Relationships /Non-Monogamy and Closeted communities.
