I draw from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, as well as experiential therapies such as Psychodrama and Drama Therapy. I am also trained in Sex Therapy, supporting individuals and couples in navigating intimacy challenges. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, creating flexibility for your busy life.
