The Red Light Rules: Lovelace
"I think we can all agree that abusive relationships are not exclusive to the porn industry. The point this film tries to make is that the entirety of the porn industry is bad and exploits women. As I mention in my review, I was not in the industry in the 70s so I don't know what was actually happening at that time in porn. What we do know is that this is the story of Linda Lovelace and her experience within the industry; it was horrible, abusive, and coercive. And also, the fault did not lie in the porn industry itself, the fault lied in patriarchy and the men who believed they were entitled to her skills, her labor, and her body. Men are the problem (as they always have been) not the specific industry itself."

- Does the SWer have a storyline, hobby, or interest outside of SW?
- Does the film have a happy and/or non-traumatic ending for the SWer? yes
